Kristen joined The Mortgage Advisor team after being highly recommended for her previous experience working in a mortgage advisory role, along with her strong communication skills and ability to get things done efficiently.
Since joining, Kristen has taken on an expanded role. Holding a Level 5 financial services qualification and now registered as a mortgage advisor, Kristen is fully equipped to provide advice and support clients through the lending process from start to finish.

With a background in banking and mortgages, Kristen understands the moving parts behind a lending application and the importance of keeping everything organised and on track.
Her role spans both mortgage advice and the day-to-day coordination of your lending - helping manage the paperwork, timelines and communication needed to keep things progressing smoothly.
Kristen works closely with lenders and clients, ensuring the information required for applications, reviews and renewals is gathered, organised and acted on efficiently.
