Kristen joined The Mortgage Advisor team after being highly recommended for her previous experience working in a mortgage advisory role, along with her strong communication skills and ability to get things done efficiently.
A background in lending and banking
With a background in banking and mortgages, Kristen understands the moving parts behind a lending application and the importance of keeping everything organised and on track.
Her role is to support both Rhonda and our clients throughout the lending process - helping manage the paperwork, timelines and communication needed to keep things progressing smoothly.
Kristen works closely with lenders and clients, ensuring the information required for applications, reviews and renewals is gathered and organised efficiently.
